They are super nice. My consultant was Sarah. I feel in love with a dress, i just wish I could afford it. be careful when you go.

I knew I only wanted Keisha.
I went in prepared. I went to the website and looked at pictures of dresses I liked. Even elements of dresses (this neck, this cut, this fabric). I gave her what she needed to help me.
And price!
So I KNEW I wanted an A line/ball gown, no sweetheart (I have no boobs).
She pulled some dresses I picked and pulled some I didnt ask for.
I bought the second dress I tried on, and it was HER pick.
So trust your consultant that they know what they are doing.
Dont be affraid to say 'I dont like this', and dont be affraid to say you have to think about it. Dont be affraid to say NO.
Also, be clear on your budget. Alterations are $600 and I made sure to include that in my price. I told her I had a strict budget and she should ONLY show me dresses in the budget. I didnt want to fall in love with something I could NOT afford.
But I am in the process of fittings right now and they make me feel like a princess. The service has been so great!!!

ETA: ASK FOR RANDI's advice!!! He is the fabulous director of fashion. I have not made a step in the process without his input!!! He helped with the fianl decision on the dress (I had 2 good choices). He helped me with Day of earrings. He helped with the veil.If you dont see him, ask if your consultant can ask Randi to pop in for his opinon!!!

Sarah was awesome!! She found me my dress - I never would have picked it off the rack! She was really helpful and not pushy at all! Just be honest w/ your budget

I was with Jessica too! She was fun and young BUT knew her sh*t. I have had a really good experience with everyone so far.

I didn't love who helped me. I went in knowing exactly what dresses I wanted to try on, so I didn't really need her help. Randy did come over and was helpful, he pointed out that my dress needed to be shortened from the waist, rather than the hem, so that it didn't cut off the beading/pattern on the skirt. They found me a veil that matched my dress exactly, too.
