Is it worth it to go on a Sunday or is it a mad house? How intimate is the shopping experience on a weekend? Weekday?

Is sunday the sample sale, if so then it would be a mad house. Otherwise it is by appointment only so it's not a mad house at all.

I don't know anything about a sample sale on Sunday but I wanted to go on the 16th anyway. It stinks that they're closed on Monday so I figured I'd go on Sunday and although I realize that it's by app only - I'm wondering how many other brides will be there on a weekend and how much individual attention I'm going to get that day. Keep in mind that this will be my first store and first dress shopping experience....really want it to be a pleasant one

Well when you book an appointment there you are assigned to a worker there and they will stay with you and the other girls in the store at the time will have their own person working with them.

The sample sale was actually this past Tuesday. They also have parking right around the corner that is very convenient. I had a wonderful experience there, my saleswoman named was Rita. Good Luck :)

When you go to Kleinfeld's, they assign a sales consultant to assist only you for an hour and a half. From my one and only experience with them, I did go on a day when they were having a sample sale and they were pretty much only bringing me dresses to try on that were part of the sample sale. She was very reluctant to bring me dresses from any other designer. I mentioned that this designer was not my style but she wasn't really concerned with that. I just wanted to let you know that if that happens to you, stand firm. Tell them exactly what you like. Good luck
oh, one more thing- don't let them pressure you into leaving a deposit unless you really love the dress.

Re: KLIENFELD'S
I went on a Sunday and it wasn't bad at all. I worked with Lea and she was great. I really didn't think I would fall in love with anything, but I did, and it was out of my price ranged (my mom said more than what she would pay for because she wanted me to try on lots of dresses) Now I am on the hunt for a similar dress for less money.
