I would check shoebuy.com and zappos.com to see if they have anything!!
The only kind of knee high white boots I've seen are the platform lace up ones that strippers wear, but they may have normal boots on those sites!!

good luck on your quest. ive been on the same one for a couple months. my wedding is in 4 days and i still dont have shoes. i wanted boots havent found them yet!!!
