know what i truly miss?

POP UP VIDEO! Oh how I loved to insert that random trivia into everyday conversation.

VH1 NEEDS to bring that back NOW!

I liked when it was REALLY random trivia - like Melissa Etheridge's 'Come to My Window' they had a fact about how many birds 'come' into windows each year (ie fly into them). And years later I still remember that

ETA: Now I have the Pop up Video theme in my head ('Pop - pop into pop up video pop pop'

LOVED that show. And Behind the Music. I could watch those two shows all day.

And I don't think it's useless knowledge to know that Sting can have sex for 2856 hours.

2) No. Anything involving Sting or sex (or some combination) is important info.

Suz, don't feel bad, much to my DH's dismay, I own a book titled: The Book of Totally Useless Information.

Did you know that in the 50s [or was it 60s] they did away with RED m&ms b/c there was a public scare about a red dye used in foods and even though m&ms didn't use that particular dye [you know how there's red. no.40 and so on], they didn't want to have a public backlash, so they just eliminated red ones for a while!

My FH by all means is the Master of Useless knowledge. I sometimes cringe at how good he is at it!! It comes in handy though and i do love hearing it.

I loved that show.. I dont knwo if I have VH1 Classic Have to check when I get home.

They also had pop-up shows - like the Brady Bunch and shows like that-remember? Those were the best!!!

I loved that show too! They're really bringing it back to VH1 Classic? Sweet!

And btw, I also loved that song/video - that's 'You Say', right?

VH1 classic is channel 186 and we found a new music channel last week, while flipping. 184 is 'The Tube'. They ONLY play music videos. No commercials, no VeeJays.
