a NYSC member!! sooo excited their classes are awesome and their machines as well! i can't wait to start tomorrow! i think i am going to be f*cked up! though lol ....just wanted to share

i agree but i barely have motivation to walk downstairs to use the wii let alone get in the car to drive to the gym

awww...i like working out though but lately i've been feeling soo lazy!!! so i need to get back to it i used to do yoga and i do it more for the classes they offer they are rally good!

i think the problem is there are no good gyms by me...i have belonged to a few and the best with classes and a pool was the ymca...but its like a 15-20min drive from my house...too much...i like working out but have to be way careful I dont futher mess up my knees and wind up back in physical therapy for another year! damn sports and genetics lol

i work for the Jamaica YMCA and i get a free membership but i don't like the area specially when it gets darker so i choose not to go to that gym plus i really don't like the set up and that's the only gym i could get into from the Y since is my section

my mom and i decided to work out together 2xs a week...while one of us is on the wii fit the other will ride the exercise bike and then we will switch
