Anyone giving these out as favors? I heard they cost around $2.50-$3.00 for two glazed donuts.
I like the idea of an edible favor...and Krispy Kremes are DELISH.
I guess you would give them out at the end of the reception, right? Do you put a label on the box w/the bride and groom's name and wedding date?
What do you think?

i love that idea! I just read that about someone on here who recently did that, or who went to a wedding where they did that.....dont remember who posted it....

Its all the rage. Adam Sandler gave them as favor for his wedding also!! I love the idea!!

I don't like the idea...
But, I don't generally eat donuts anyway...
Plus I always associate donuts with the likes of Homer Simpson...

I think its great idea..I went to an engagement party and they gave them out, 4 though..you could wrap the box if you want!
Depending on how big the box is, you prob won't be able to put them onthe table, maybe you could have a special table set up and people can take them as they leave..

I know it's not a 'sophisticated' favor, but I think it's a cute idea.
I just called Krispy Kreme over in Melville. The prices are:
$2.00 for a 2pk (glazed donut) $2.50 for a 2pk (assorted - your choice) $4.00 for a 4pk
There's a $50 delivery charge if you want them to deliver it to the hall the day of the wedding. Or you can just have someone pick them up and save the $$$$$.
