kwr- Cool Water in Bay Shore
effing AWESOME!
FH and I went there friday for dinner (to celebrate our anniversary and to try their food for our RD)
um.. wow. food was just... wow. the owner asked how everything was and I moaned--- yes, MOANED 'amazing' at him...
we both had to get our dinners wrapped (not uncommon for me, but extremely uncommon for fh).
we got fried mozzarella and fried calamari as appetizers. Ididn't want the mozz, but Im SO happy fh order it... it was to die for!
he got stuffed shrimp and loved it (I can't eat shrimp)
I got bacon wrapped stuffed chicken, with goat cheese and portabella mushrooms---- freaking- wow!
we wanted to get dessert... but had no room for it.
we're so excited that we finally picked a place for the RD... we just hope they can actually do it. we never got to speak with the owner, but we spoke to his father last week (before we went there) and they said it shouldn't be a problem..
