Im sick of spending money trying to find a good salon .

Any suggestions

bumble and bumble is great but very pricy. The downtown location is in the Meatpacking District.

For nails, I work in the East Village and right on 9th street and Broadway is a great nail salon called Jay Nails.
There is also Dashing Diva on 8th Street
