KWR: please recommend a printer!

can anyone recommend a good printer? i'm confused whether to get a laser printer or just stick to the ink-jet printer i already have.

i want to print out programs and other stuff for the wedding...

TIA!

I used an ink-jet printer for everything wedding related- I printed my STDs, programs, escort cards, invites, everything and anything wedding related on that printer and everything came out perfectly! None of the ink ever smudged on mine, but I guess I could've just been plain lucky.

It was an HP deskjet- really cheap, came free with my comp. but it was the only printer that worked for me!

MR DIGITAL PRINTER

A good friend works by there and uses them all the time for stuff. She RAVES about them!

I saw some girls on here talking about INKSPUN. If you do a search, they should come up.

I just used my canon pixama inkjet to print my outter envelopes for my invitations and they came out great. Envelopes are the hardest because of their thickness and feeding them thru. I would think programs, stds invites it would be just as good if not better.

i have a Canon printer. Uses only 2 color cartridges and works awesome. I also bought a program (think i paid $5 ) that designs cards and invites. That's where I printed the e-party invites.

Depends whether if you want it colored or not. You are safer if you get colored inkjet especially if you are using thick paper for programs or menus. HTH
