So I decided to switch gyms and joined LA Fitness in Lake Success yesterday .. Loved it (def a great change from Lucille Roberts). Just wondering if anyone goes there and if you take any classes, which you would recommend?

I don't go there but FH does. He loves that gym. I'm going to use my guest pass and see how the yoga and kickboxing classes are. He goes to the one in Lake Grove btw.

I go there!! I love their spin classes but haven't taken any others yet. I work right near it.

Thanks! I think I might try to take the Saturday morning class. If I can get myself up to be at the gym by 9:15

Lol, I live in Commack so I only go to the gym after work, but I've always wanted to go in before work for the 7am yoga or spin class.. Prob won't ever actually do it haha

The ones in Lake Grove and Lake Success are awesome but the one in Farmingdale is absolutely effin disgusting!

FYI this gym was on the news the other day. Do not leave your keys or any vaulables unattended or in your locker. They have had someone brake into the lockers steal you things, your car and than rob your home. Be careful!!

i go to la fitness in lake success..
well they take my $$ every month.. id ont go that often
its a great gym. no complaints!
as far as classes, im too insecure to go to any lol
im usually on the 2nd floor corner eliptical or the middle treadmill.. where ur butt faces the back part of the gym (make sense?) lol
