Re: La Parma

We are going to the Oceanside one on Monday with both of our families for an engagement dinner. (about 12 of us) Are the prices decent? Our parents will be splitting the bill, but my parents have been having a bit financial problems, and I would feel horrible if it was costly for their half.

i really have no idea how much it ended up costing, my parents paid and i never saw the bill, i know people were drinking a lot so that probably brought the cost up a bit but i dont think the food itself is ridiculously expensive, particularly since it 's family style

It's delish! And the prices are good - I would say that the family style entrees are like a dollar or two (approx) less than Carmine's in the city which is the same style. Have fun!

La Parma is great! It's a bit pricey, but it's family style, so you get a lot for what you pay!

each dish is about 20- 35 dollars but you split dishes so if like its just the 6 or you , you may only need 2-3 dishes so its not too bad. i have been to the one in oceanside a few times and its always very good.
