Looking to block hotel rooms for Swan Club. Has anyone contacted both or looked at both and have any opinions either way?
TIA!
ETA: Both are in Garden City

Re: La Quinta or Hampton Inn?
I also book with LaQuinta. The rooms I saw are really clean and good size. I liked that there was a bar there that they will keep open later if you want (for a small fee) and also the continetal breakfast in the morning. Everyone I have dealt with there have been super nice. Oh yeah our reservation rate is 159 per night.

thank you! they said the bar is open on sats but if i want it open for sun after my wedding it would be $150 .... which i think is pretty reasonable

That is what they quoted us for the bar as well to keep it open passed ten on sat night. I think it is not a bad price at all. I don't know if we will need it cause my reception ends at 5:30 pm so if people are still drinking after 10 pm we are in trouble LOL

I thought the bar closed at 12 unless we pay the 150? Not 10...

LI Marriott in Uniondale is very nice and they just renovated all of the rooms. The restaurant Prime is delicious and Champions is alot of fun for afterward too.
