La Quinta OR Hampton Inn (both Garden City)

They both look pretty new, pretty generic, and pretty standard.

Any recommendations? I'm stuck here....

Try Hilton Garden Inn. I visited those two and Hilton Garden Inn and the Inn was the nicest. $10 more a room but you can see a difference. Let me know if you need details.


P.S. We knocked out La Quinta first. There was a stale smokey smell the day we were there. I know it was probably a rare thing but FH could not get over it! They do have the best deal though.

The pictures of the rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn look a little dated... but I'm ready to take your word for it. this part of the planning isnt that fun...

PS - I liked the rooms at Hampton Inn a lot! I think you are 100% safe going with them!

I visited all 3. It was all very fast - took maybe 2.5 hours to hit all 3.

UPDATE: I think it must be the entrance/lobby that sold me on the HGI - lol!
