The same thing happened to me. The check came back. They changed their address. Im not home right now but if you fm me to remind me ill look it up as soon as i get in. I only sent them 100 so far sooo i wanst too worried. But after reading reviews for them I am convinced they are a legit and good company.

I didn't have any issues with them. I booked them for my wedding and they were great.
Honestly, you do not have a thing to worry about! Frank informed us that there are periods where there is office is closed (happened to us when we booked them in January) so we were worried when we didnt hear back. Best bet is to give them a call. Email isnt always reliable. He confirmed with us before the event and they were fantastic at our wedding. One of the many highlights and the staff were incredible! Loved them! Nothing to worry about!
I recently just booked them for my wedding and I have been doing everything through e-mail (this was a few weeks ago). I also sent my deposit via paypal. They seem legit and I am sure they will do a great job, I've read a bunch of good reviews about them on this site!
