La Rosa Cubana...frustration

Has anyone used this company? They are horrible with responding to emails, and I want to get the contract set and done!
I heard good reviews about them and their price is really good as well. But, i've emailed them to adjust my contract and with a question regarding the labels, and NOTHING.
Wouldnt you think if i'm willing to book they would send a new contract asap?!

We had trouble reaching them we kept on calling and e-mailing and eventually it was settled

they are bad getting back to you, but other than that they are on top of things. I called to confirm the other day, and they knew who i was right away without looking me up, so that was a good sign.
