Labels

Does anyone know where I can order either sticker or tag labels at a good price ?

Also, for address labels for after the wedding - if I were to take his name, who's first name comes first on the label ?

they prob have that available on vistaprint.com....or i just make my own return address labels on my comp and print them at home. u can buy the labels and dl the templete really easily online.

ummm and for the after the wedding question, his name. as in my case 'Mr. and Mrs. Jason XXXXXX' or i guess if u wanted to do full names, then i think 'Jason and Lucille XXXX' HTH!

I think no matter how you address it the woman's name goes first.

I'd go to staples and pick up a package of labels to print on your own. My mom found a damask clip art image and added it to our plain white labels to make them a little more fancy. It came out really nice! And pretty much anything wedding related- the bride's name goes first.

Mr. & Mrs. Jeff Smith
or
Susan & Jeff Smith

Personally I am going to include my first name. Just because I'm married doesn't mean I lose my name completely!!!!

It's some old anti-feminist thing about a man's first name can't be separated from his last name.

We got a stamp made and it says his name first. I like the way it looks with his name first, and me with my new last name second. I don't know why everyone is always saying the woman's name goes first. I figured it was mainly because we're a bunch of women on here.

We ordered the stamp from Superiorlabels.com and it came out GREAT -- I highly recommend the site if you're still looking.

but re: the stickers/labels I should have been more clear. the address labels were separate issues.

I wanted tags/stickers (preferably round) for the favors...anyone know where to get those for a reasonable price ?

I second Etsy.. check out Little Beane Boutique...she's lovely!!! As far as the names... as described above it should be either Mr. & Mrs. Bob Smith ~~~or~~~ Jane & Bob Smith.

I think it's all based upon personal opinion....However, I always address the female first.
