i am getting married on labor day 2009, is a fall theme wedding too early in the season. I feel like i'am closing out the summer and welcoming the fall season. What does everyone think??

I don't think so. But, with the weather being wacky, it seems like summer goes into October! You can get away with it because people always associate September with the Fall but I can guarantee that you won't have Fall-like weather.
