LADIES BEWARE

of etsy seller whateveriwant!!!!!!

i had posted a custom garter to me made on the alchemy section of etsy, i accepted this sellers bid who had 100% postive feedback after 43 transactions.

After cutting her some slack the first month and a half (she said she messed it up and had to re-do and was putting in some free stuff etc) I was getting fed up.

I finally contacted etsy abuse (which by the way they cant do anything except try and make the seller deliver goods or offer a refund), and for paypal you only have up to 30 days from purchase date to file a dispute

Nothing happened still, she just kept claiming she was sending it and even gave me a tracking number but never freaking put the crap in the mail!!!!!!!

Contacted my credit card company and it was the easiest thing ever! So i left her a nasty email lol, told etsy abuse about the outcome, and got my money back

just be careful, ive never had this happen to me and ive been buy off sites like etsy and ebay for years

its so frustrating cuz you cant go anywhere to complain lol, you just have to act pissed off in emails lol
did you get your $ back?

it was really annoying for me though cuz i couldnt even leave feedback because the item never got into shipped status! grrrrr

Thanks for the warning! I've had issues like that on ebay and it's always a pain, but since the cc companies have become more 'user friendly,' buyers are having a much easier time dealing with deadbeats!!

she offered me a partial refund - what would i do with that - i asked her to send me the paint she used to fix all the chips and she did so i will just fix it myself
