Re: LADIES how am I EVER
I know I had the worst eating week since last Wed First the bad weather didn't help things, then the holiday then sick over the weekend. I think I ate an entire bag of Hershey miniatures on Saturday Then on Sunday made FH brownies and we ate almost all of them. I feel like such a turd now. Hopefully we can all get on track

Re: LADIES how am I EVER
i count my calories, its the only way i can really control what is going in....and that way i can still eat a little bit of everything without over doing it.

Low carbs!...whole grain foods if you eat carbs...NO Blueberries or bananas..unfortunately those are the 2 fruits that turn into sugar the quickest..
Make a kickass playlist on your ipod, some pearl jam, shakira, and do intervals on the tread mill.. jog for 3 minutes, walk for 1 minute, and again...do this for one mile, each week raise it one mile until you are at 3, then maintain that
lol this is what im doing for my half marathon, Ive lost 4 lbs in a week so far...
