We just had our engagement party on Saturday and FH & I have decided that for our thank yous, we are going to get picture cards made..
My dilemma is I want a generic saying printed on all of them and then when we get them we can write individual messages on the back to each person..
My question is what is a generic saying I can put on the card?? I am drawing a blank!!
ex: thank you for coming to our engagement party
PLease help!!!! thank you!!!

Honestly, I think for the preprinted saying, I owuld simply put 'Thank You!'

I agree - if you are going to add some personal notes i think keep the generic saying as simple as possible is best.
Maybe even some thing like 'Thank You for making our day unforgettable' and then include a personal message.

I can understand that. I just personally like to let to the photo do the talking. I feel like too many words makes it too busy and on a photo card I would just say thank you if I was putting a personal message on the back.
But I do like Eloise's suggestion as well, the unforgettable thing, that sounds nice.
