Tell your GM because a 19 year old kid who does not take his job seriously is not worth protecting and losing your own job over. He needs a reality check and you need your job especially with your upcoming wedding. Good luck!

did anyone else see him drunk? If so, see if they'll go to the district manager with you.
If not, then I would still tell the district manager, but I would start off by saying, I don't want to keep being the tattle tale, however, it is not appropriate for *Manager* to come in drunk to work, no less 3 times. You can say it does not make any employee respect a leader who doesn't take responsibility for himself.
Good luck!!

I'd just tell the district manager, and just voice your concerns that people shouldn't be drunk at work.

You should really speak with the manager yourself. Also, I hope he didn't drive to work.
