I am- mostly so I can explain the Jewish traditions to everyone since we are doing a fairly traditional ceremony- plus FFIL is a printer so its Free!!!
I'm making ours too. I'm into writing and publishing, so it's second nature to me. I like the idea of being able to explain our Jewish traditions to our non-Jewish guests, and also have a way to include our family and friends, both living and those who have passed on.
Plus, I love keepsakes and save EVERYTHING from everyone else's wedding, so I can't imagine not having a program from my own wedding!
If you have the time to reprint the programs and it won't be a stressful endeavor, I'd say do it for the keepsake value of it. But if it's going to be a hassle and you could spend the time and money doing something else that you feel is more worthwhile, then just leave them out. It's all about what is important to you and your FH.

Re: Ladies married at the hall
I made them because we had a friend marry us so our ceremony was very untraditional and I wanted people to follow along. I made fan programs since it was outside. I didn't spend a ton of time on them but I am glad I made them and people seemed to like them. You don't need to do them if you don't want to.

Re: Ladies married at the hall
We got married outside and we had fan programs. Not necessary but they were a nice touch The fans doubled as a way to keep cool!

Re: Ladies married at the hall
I am making programs! Since our guest list is split with those who are familar with the traditions and those who are not. We wanted to explain some key elements to our wedding as well as list the processional ...etc (since it is also different from the norm)
I think they are a nice touch and they don't have to be over the top... i've seen simple paper folded in half and that's it for a beach wedding up to a printed very nice and elegant fancy program... it's all about yours and your FH's taste and what YOU want

Re: Ladies married at the hall
I had them done by Above and Beyond Events and everyone LOVED them. We didn't do a memory candle or anything like that so the back cover had a little saying and a list of our loved ones that have passed on.
