well definately.

This never, never happend before and I am not on the pill but we use the condoms with spermicide and, yup, it broke. He's convinced that the spermicide will kill the sperm anyway but I'm not so sure.

Has anyone taken the morning after pill before? Do you think I need it?

I havent, but I would call your GYN.

This one is TOO important. The brides on here might have experience taking the Morning After, but we are not doctors.

If I was in your shoes I would call the GYN, on call, *TODAY and right now* and ask her what she thinks. If she told me to take the morning after, I would do it.

But call your doctor right now.

Good luck and I hope things are ok.

I took the morning after pill once... and it wasn't a big deal IMO. If you think there's a chance, I would just get it.

thanks ladies. I'm really not paranoid about it and my ovulation was over two days ago and it lasts only about 24 hours.

there's more I have to say but would rather fm, not post.

I have taken it before - I think you should get it to put your mind at ease...

I know we've had condom mishaps before and everything turned out to be fine, both before and after we were married.

I was always told not to worry when it's not your
O-time which was friday.

Get the morning after pill to ease your mind. I have taken it twice. I am sure it is safe, otherwise they wouldn't offer it over the counter.

I´ve used it twice and I was fine but I would tell you to call your GYN anyway. She knows your body and is the best person to give you this suggestion. Ther emay be side affects that affect some people more than others.

Ecuador is a country where you can get almost any prescription med at your corner pharmacy without a presicrption. Even so, when I called my GYN to get the name of the pill to ask for she asked me a few question before telling me the name.

It´s always best to double check. Just do it as soon as possible. You can only take it within 48 - 72 hours max (i´m not sure which one)

I would go get the morning after pill...i took it once and it was no problem. Ovulation time sometimes varies so you can't be sure it was definitely friday. I study medicine and it's always 14 days before your period..However the first '14 days' can vary in length by a day or so. You can also get pregnant right after ovulation. Not to worry you but as long as you get the morning after pill within 48 hrs you should be fine!

I had to take it once. You can literally just go to the pharmacy at CVS and ask for it - no prescription needed. I felt a little sick to my stomach, but it's totally worth it, even just for piece of mind. I'd go to CVS asap just to be safe. GL
