ladies, to make your shoes more comfy...
I swear by this stuff:
http://www.footpetals.com/Strappy%20Strips.html I have them on all of my strappy shoes or if the front piece is slim and cuts into my toes.
I also cut little pieces to put in the back of my clip on day of earrings to make them more comfy!
