My sister went to Vegas last year and wanted to see O - they couldn't get tickets and were told they needed to buy them about 2 months in advance.

You may want to check into tickets if you havent' already

'08er crashing......

Vegas is the best place on earth. I have never seen a Cirque show, but, FH has, and he liked it. Keep in mind that anything 'Broadway' is way cut back.... much shorter.

Madame Tussaud's Wax museum is a lot of fun. That's at Venetian, I believe.

The Price is Right is also fun.... it's not the real one, but, you can win great prizes and cash!!! (That's at Bally's)

The Sahara has something called 'the drive' where you can drive a bunch of different cars (hummers, escalades, bmw's) we've tried to do that, but, it was closed, it looked like a lot of fun though!

Just remember, to get a casino card EVERYWHERE you go, and ask for discount coupons..... there are often coupons for things that you would never realize, and it can save you a lot of $$$.

FM me if you have any questions, FH can answer almost any Vegas question!

Have a wonderful time!!

We went to Vegas for part of our HM too. We saw Wayne Brady and the Price is Right stage show. Both shows were great. I saw O on another trip to Vegas and it really is an amazing show. Just make sure that you buy tickets early because they do sell out. I'd also recommend going to downtown Vegas to see the Freemont Street experience. The prices in downtown are much lower so you can gamble longer without losing a fortune.

Since I now live in Vegas... I may offer some suggestions..LOL

See a show or two FOR SURE. Any of the cirque shows are fine.. very similar... so even tho I wouldnt stress.. you can find some good deals if you get them while in Vegas. You can go to 'half price tix' booths and see what they have for that night.
I just saw Phantom tix for like $75 bucks.. which is a great deal.

For the cirque shows I have seen Mystere , O, Zumanity and Le Reve
They were all good.. and I think for a first timer.. Mystere is your best bet.
Ive seen Phantom 3times... and it is Phemomenal. Ive been told by people that have seen it around the country and world.. that Vegas is the best.
Blue Man Group is a fun show.
Ive seen Elton John twice.. he fills in when Celine is gone.. so see if he is there when you are.
We've seen Howie, but he isnt a headliner. We have been to MANY concerts too.. go to Vegas.com to see who will be there when you are.

We LOVE going to any of the piano bars.. dueling pianos.

For the night out.. highly recommend going to MIX ontop of Mandalay Bay as well as Voodoo on top of Rio. The views are spectacular.

Downtown has very low gambling so thats a fun place to go if you are a novice or low roller as the strip is quite high for tables.. of course there are penny , nickel quarter machines...

Any idea where you are staying?

We're going to vegas during the HM too, so far we have tickets to Zumanity, my friend saw it and said it was awesome. I also want to see Love but I think that might be too many cirque shows.
