Ladies who have indoor cats...

Where do you keep the litter box and is your box covered or uncovered?

FH and I looked at an apartment today... right now I keep my box int he kitchen, but there isn't a great place in the new kitchen to keep one... I could probably make it work if I have to, but maybe you guys have better ideas where to keep it? Not sure if I can fit it in the bathroom either...

we keep ours in the guest bedroom/ computer rooms closet with the sliding door slightly open so the cats can get in and out

We have ZERO space in our shoebox-err, apartment, so the litterbox is stuck in our bedroom for now. We plan on keeping it in the bathroom in our next apartment

We used to keep it covered until one of our cats became a heffer - shes 18 lbs now, and no longer fits in the little 'door' to the box!

Ours is uncovered and we keep it in our guest room/office. We used to live in a small apartment in Brooklyn and I kept it in both my bedroom and living room (under the end table).
