Ladies who's men are wearing the classic Morning Suit....

Jim wants a 'full back' vest. Not the 'bib'.

Anyone found any luck with this? So far the only places we've found have been the Tuxedo Palace in Carle Place (next to bridal reflections) and the Tux afterhours place in roosevelt field.

How are the rest of you doing.
(PS: If I hear one more sales person say 'you have plenty of time' and try to shrug me off, I'm going to blow up)

Check out victor talbots - FH liked them better than tuxedo park - (who incidentally calls us every other week wanting to know why the guys haven't come in to get measured - when we ONLY LOOKED and told them we didn't know who we were going with at the time)

FH also said Victor talbots was less expensive. They looked like they had a very nice and wide selection - your FH might find that they have what he is looking for -

Tuxedo Park promised to call back when they had a suit that in Jim's actual SIZE. I've never heard from them. It's been two months..

So where is this Victor Talbots?

My FI has picked this type of tux and although he is going just for the bib, the place we booked with said he could have a full back vest for a little extra money. The place we booked is Rogers Tuxedos in Centereach. I believe they have stores in other areas.

It is in greenvale - they had a TON of tuxes - FH went with my father and they both liked the place then FH brought me with one of the GM's and they tried them on and were measured. It was the place they filmed meet the parents at - I take a number of sports stars get their tuxes there because they have signed photos on the walls. We knew a few people who used them and were happy and I think a few girls on the boards have used them.

They are in greenvale - on Glen cove road just NORTH of Northern blvd - on the left side of the road - it looks like a house. Give them a call they will tell you if they have one for him to try on if not the have been very helpful and prompt.
