Hey all, I haven't been to Lake Placid in years and we used to stay at a friend's condo (when I was young). Can anyone recommend hotels/places to stay that aren't overly expensive, but are still nice/close to town?

The Lake Palcid Inn is really nice, a little on the expensive side but extremely nice.
