Lake Ronkonkama is a little too far out with where FI and I both work, but like that style house. My mom was telling me its called a California Style Ranch (I think thats what it is from the picture)...I think that they are sooo cute, but we haven't come across many here in Nassau... I sometimes wish we were able to move a little further out east, there are so many more options.

I have seen some in N Babylon. But your right, I havent seen them in Nassau County.

A friend of mine just went into contract on a home in Lake Ronk., Sachem School district (just like the home listed). She got it at an 'affordable' price...just below $300,000! I've seen a few houses in that area listed on MLSLI.com lately.
