Lambrou's Island Park?

Lambrou's Island Park?

Hi!

Has anyone ever attended an event here? I am planning from out of state, so it's difficult for me to get around and see places in person.

Any feedback would be appreciated. Pictures are a plus!

Also, if you hosted an event there and have prices, that would also be very helpful. TIA!

Yes!

I've had my Communion, Sweet 16, and Graduation there. I'll also be going there in a few weeks for another celebration. Plus, my Dad used to have his office Christmas Parties there every year and I've eaten there numerous times.

I LOVE this place. It's family owned and the people that you deal with are so friendly. During the Christmas Parties, one of the owners would come over and roast chestnuts on the fire for us.

You get a nice amount of food and IMO their prices are very reasonable.

I have TONS of pics from my Grad Party on my facebook account. I FMed you my facebook info so you can friend me, and I'll point you in the direction of my pics.

The food is good, no grounds to take photos just an ulgy parking lot. However, the Ocean in Long Beach is 5 minuets away. If you are looking in that area for a venue look at The Bridgeview www.bridgeviewyachtclub.com
or Coral House www.coralhouse.com
Good Luck!

Or there is a new hotel opening right on the boardwalk by the same owners of the Atlanitca, I think its the Allegria Hotel. I heard great deals because it isn't built yet . . .

If you're planning a wedding, I think there are nicer places. While the food and staff is great, the restaurant and hall itself hasn't been updated since the 1960's it seems.

Thanks, ladies.

I am actually looking for a rehearsal dinner venue right now.

For a RD you should be fine, but I wouldn't use it for my reception ... JMO. I grew up in Island Park and it definitely is not a place that you would typically have a wedding at - but I have heard nothing about about the food or service!

GL!
