ive called before. And I went there 2 weeks ago to make a payment and can I tell you the BM who was there (not our BM) was very rude to me. Eww!

Ive never called...fh alwyas calls...and they ask him the same questions. but i think they usually only ask him once.

that was the edited version! she asked my name no joke 15 times. i couldnt fkn take it.

the icing ont he cake was the 2nd or 3rd time..when i told her my wedding was in APRIL she asked 'OF THIS MONTH?!!!!'

Ou BM is Michael Klaus (sp?) but when I went 2 weeks ago to make a payment he was busy so some other (rude) guy took care of me
