DH and I are thinking about going this weekend...What hotels have any of you stayed at? What fun things can we do while we are there? Thanks!
I have been to Lancaster several times with my FILs. There is a ton of shopping (2 outlet centers)and Amish country is nearby (if you are interested in that type of thing). Mostly, we go for a few days and it's very relaxing. There are several chain hotels located right next to the outlet centers but you can stay in less expensive places further from Lancaster (Bird in Hand or Intercourse, PA). HTH

Willow Valley is a nice hotel. They have pools, golf, restaurant ,etc.
keep in mind Lancaster is awesome for relaxing and shopping, but it is a DRY town so bar hopping may not be on your agenda!
I have stayed at Willow Valley many times! I love it there.
