Can anyone tell me the pricing for Lands End and Flowerfield for off season? We are thinking October and will do Thursdays/Mondays.
FI is willing to look at one more hall - but a 1 wedding hall only and these two have been suggested.
Our top halls are Villa Lombardis, Giorgios, North Ritz Club & Fox Hollow - I know - not all 1 wedding halls but these are the ones we both still like after seeing 16 together.
Off season pricing has ranged from $65pp++ to $75pp++ with guaranteed minimums from 75 - 175 (huge range, I know!!) for Sunday afternoons, Friday night, Thursday night & Mondays.
Are Flowerfield and/or Lands End even close to this for off season?
ETA - feel free to FM is you don't want to post.
Thanks much

Re: Lands End & Flowerfield
The cheapest quote we received was for a Sunday afternoon in November---$110/pp.
BUT, don't take my word for it because maybe a thurday or monday will bring a completely different price list. Call and Speak with Jenn from Land's End--she is wonderful!!!

Yeah, sounds like it's always super expensive. I did have one person tell me they lower prices about 4 months before a date but that is too risky!!!

The Vanderbilt Mansion and any other Lovin' Oven places will drop their prices two months prior to the date they have available, so if you can deal with only two months to get everything together this is a great way to have an inexpensive reception at The Vanderbilt. If two months is not enough time..alot of other sites will drop prices four months prior to the date. Only thing is you must be flexible with your date
nope, I was wrong.........it's less than that

Flowerfield was 120 for our Sept date. Then if you want certain things like the Seafood for Cocktail it's extra. Who have you talked to there? We are dealing with Meaghan and have no complaints. She response quickly to either phone or emails.

Re: Lands End & Flowerfield
I'm getting married in May, so I can't be much help on prices for the months you asked about, but I can tell you that if you up your minimum, they will drop the cost per head by $5. Obviously, if you are keeping it small, that won't help much, but if you're already planning on having a big crowd, you might as well look into the extra savings.
