We are getting ours from M&V Limo in Commack- they have a ton of shuttles and buses and even luxury buses...give them a try.

I hired a hampton jitney, they gave a quote in the same range as the others and i thought it was kinda 'long islandy' for the OOT guests

I got quotes with 10+ companies and found one with the best prices....see my review for their name and number. They are around $800 for a coach bus.

Tour Monde is the name of the company....best prices around.
