I was told by a florist that large calla lillies wilt very quickly out of water, but small calla lillies last a long time. However, other florists told me that large calla lillies last as long as small calla lillies.
Is this true? Do large calla lillies wilt within a few hours out of water?

My sister did large callas for her bouquet and they stayed beautiful all night. HTH!

i had mini callas in my bok, as did all the bms and all the bouts and corsages
but the topic of large vs small never came up w/ my florist so i dont have an answer for ya...

I've heard the colored callas are more durable than the white callas but never heard anything about large vs small.

never heard that before.. but you may want to look it up on line someplace to see. I'm def. no flower expert so i wouldn't know..

ive heard both large and small are just about the most durable flower. i dont think you should have a problem with the large ones wilting, even though there are different grades of callas, i think the large ones will hold up.....
