Larkfield Hotel Block

I'm between the Sheraton and Hyatt Regency?? Any opinions or experiences on either?

Larkfield Hotel Block - Long Island Weddings

We have blocked rooms at the Sheraton However, they are changing name to UpSky. We liked that they had a bar and when we looked at the Hyatt the lady told us we would be responsible for paying for rooms that were not fulfilled or canceled. So we opt out of that one!

They got bought by another company. I found this out when I was calling for my directional cards. Nothing changing from what I was told. Just the name.

Larkfield Hotel Block - Long Island Weddings

We are using Upsky. They do not require you to pay for rooms not booked. You have until the month before the wedding to book and the unused rooms go back into their reservation system. They have a nice lobby and on weekends they have a breakfast buffet in the restaurant.

i saw this the other night when we were driving around looking at restaurants for the RD. we were like *** LOL

hopefully better in the long run!
