Larkfield Manor
Hey ladies, I just wanted to highly recommend the larkfield manor in commack, long island. It is really pretty, great food, big rooms and huge dance floor. And you can also take beautiful pictures outside either by the gazebo, or the white bridge or the water fountain. They have a white piano inside right when you walk in. Its worth the trip, oh and they are really reasonable. They really work with you and go all out for you, the guy that i spoke to his name is frank. The reason why i am telling you ladies about this is because my fiance and i saw too many places and we couldnt decide, nothing was good enough or big enough, or pretty enough. It was very stressful. Im sure a few of you know what i am talking about.Anyway ladies check it out,my wedding is there aug 24 2002.Good luck =)

Posting personal info....
It's better to post vague info, like just the month, or the season, since you never know who may be looking at the details, so maybe she posted a false date on the profile to be safe.

she's been posting for months - why all the cynics?
do your research before you make accusations. I changed my wedding date 3 times before I finalized my reception location - it wasn't always updated in my profile. I've seen and responded to many previous posts from Siran. I'd hate to think that we're so cynical that if someone raves about a place, it has to be a vendor. I know vendors have placed false ads on the site, but we should be supporting each other, not attacking.

well said Lisa. I was married 2 years ago and still enjoy coming here. Sometimes I feel like if I want to give a good review to a vendor I will be mistaken for one.
