Larkfield Manor

Has anyone booked their wedding or been to a wedding at Larkfield Manor recently?

If so, I am curious to hear what your thoughts on how the food tastes...

Re: Larkfield Manor

I had my wedding there in December. My sister had her wedding there in 2007. They are PHENOMENAL!!!!!! The food is excellent, the service is outstanding and they have great customer service skills. Every single time I walked in there I felt special. Plus, their prices are awesomely reasonable. Go in there and check it out -- you won't be disappointed! If you have anymore questions, please don't hesitate to FM me!!!

went to a wedding there in October and will be attending one this August!

Food was FANTASTIC! The cocktail hour alone was out of control! So many things to choose from besides the 'usual' CH stuff.

Dinner was so delicious too but many of us couldn't finish because of how amazing the cocktail hour was.
If i had had the nerve, I would have asked to have my dinner wrapped up but I felt funny and have NEVER done that before. But the food was THAT good, that it would have been worth it!

I'm getting married there in 66 days!!!!!

the food is out of this world. We had our tasting in November, and I couldn't believe how amazing the food was. Everything was cooked perfectly to everyone's liking, and they have such a wide variety to choose from.

here are some pictures of Lm and the tasting

yes I am! We we're told it would fit 120 comfortably, but I didn't want to push it to the max in that room. So far we have 75 yes's, so we'll see how this seating chart i'm currently working on turns out. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be using all 12 tables, it didn't look too cramped when we went for our tasting lol

120 comfortable? I was told we could do up to 140?
I was going to invite about 130..do you think that will be too much?

well they say that you can fit up to 12 at one table, 12 tables being in the room. But when we went for our tasting (there was a total of 6 of us), there was no way 12 could fit at one table without everyone either being super skinny, or having their arms glued to their body. It would've been too squished. So we decided we're doing 8-10 at each table, depending on if all of our remaining RSVP's are yes.

You have to figure about 15-20% of your guest list won't come, so I think you'll be fine. And even if you do have all 130 come, that's still under the max of 144 they could realistically fit. Either way, I wouldn't worry
