Re: LARKFIELD MANOR'S CAKE
You get a choice between stacked or tiered and what type of cake and filling. They didn't give me a book or anything to pick from, but my florist supplied the flowers and someone from Larkfield put them on the cake. Here's a picture:
This was my friends cake from her May wedding at the Manor. (I didnt have any so honestly I dont know if it was good, but the rest of their food was so I think theres a pretty good chance the cake was too)
i was at a wedding there this past friday. the one complaint i did have was the cake. i dont have a picture but i didn't like the taste of it.

Re: LARKFIELD MANOR'S CAKE
Did they give you a choice of shape for the cake? For example, round or square?

Re: LARKFIELD MANOR'S CAKE
since they don't give you a book, if you had a picture, would you be able to give them the picture?

Re: LARKFIELD MANOR'S CAKE
Hopefully. My florist will decorate the cake and he has a bunch of pictures, so maybe I can show them the closest picture I find at my florist.
I didn't know they don't give you a book?

Re: LARKFIELD MANOR'S CAKE
I just got married there on 11/1. If you have something in mind for the cake, they can talk to the bakery and get it for you. The cake was YUMMY!!! I didn't see a picture I just ordered chocolate moouse filling with yellow cake. It was stacked round layers. They don't use Black Forest Bakery. The name of the bakery is on the box in my freezer and cant remember the name( think it starts with a D) .
Ladies, you have nothing to worry about with Larkfield Manor. Everything was wonderful!!!!

Re: LARKFIELD MANOR'S CAKE
I worried so much because when I booked there, no one on here had gone to a wedding there recently. Now since I have booked, I met 2 ladies that had theirs right before mine and now there are so many mord Larkfield Manor brides.... If you have any questions, let me know. I will be happy to answer your questions!!!
Always happy to help out a fellow frazzled bride, like I was
