I TRY to be a positive person, but I am dragging my butt today. I have a miserable headache, I'm tired, and a very annoying, persistant, and overbearing parent kept me at conferences much later than any NON-PREGO person, much less someone at 39 weeks, should have had to deal with.
I KNOW I just have to get through today, but the day is looming ahead of me and the idea of getting in the car and going is daunting.

To driving home in the car, knowing it's done, a crisp cold weekend ahead to nest in...and a little baby on the way! (probably sunday if my calculations are correct)

Forget about that stupid parent-you have much more important things to worry about. (If my prediction was correct, that would be the arrival of a daughter next Wednesday.) Despite my vibes and prediction, I hope you go much earlier...those ankles do not sound like fun.

My headache went away by lunch time, my kids were cute and sweet, and my friends treated me to a YUMMY lunch. It wasa great last day, and now I'm FREEEEEEEEE to get ready for my baby!!!!
I'm staying at my mom's this weekend because my floors are being stained and sealed, so if you don't hear from me, it doesn't necessarily mean anything good is happening.
