Okay made my last florist appointment for Saturday at 4
I am making a decision and giving a deposit by Wednesday. I need to check off my florist already. This is just dragging on LOL

In the running are Designs By Rose
and this new guy
His name is Mike and he works out of his house in West Babylon. I have not seen his work but my friend at work is using him and he sounds reasonably priced.
I heard silk is more expensive then real but I will ask for you.

She is amazing She is the only florist that made me a sample before I gave her a deposit.
She is the front runner. The only way I will change is if this guy Mike gives me the same exact items as Rose at a lower price.

She really is amazing!!! Rose couldn't make a sample for me before booking because I'm having cherry blossoms and booked in August (when cherry blossoms aren't in season). She said she will make a sample for me early spring 2010. I can't wait!!!! They showed me a bunch of pics of cherry blossom centerpieces Rose has made and they all looked beautiful!!!

5 dozen roses will be in my centerpiece. I am sooooooo over the top LOL
I think I am going to make the pink one white though. Still not too sure.

It would look beautiful in white as well!! I was considering all white flowers at one point but then I fell in love with cherry blossoms so my centerpieces and BM bouquets will be pink.

You are going to love Rose....she is amazing...I am just a budget crazed bride and I want to see if I can get even lower then Rose's price
My FFIL wants me to use Rose because she is close to our houses and this new guy is in West Babylon.

Try pedastals also. Vito was great to work with and very creative and they totally worked with my budget
