LAST MEETING'S WITH VENDORS...

Besides the hall, which vendors are a MUST to have a last meeting with?

Was thinking DJ just to go over things, but they give the option of faxing the paperwork to them or just dropping it off. Same with Photographer.

Florist is not needed, just have to drop some things off before.

Who are you ladies 100% meeting and having a sit down with before the big day?

Aside of the RH, the DOC & Officient are the only two MUST meet for us.

Once I see the sample CP this Friday we'll be done with the florist and we have one last phone meeting with the reception band.

All else will just be phone/email follow-up.

I'm having a final hair trail about 2 weeks before the wedding but I don't think that counts.

I think you're good. We want to meet with the photographers (doing that tonight) and the Band. We already met with the florist and we still have to do the Hall.

I think that's it though.

Definetly meet with your DJ if your having certain requests and to to pick out or hear your introduction songs.

I met with my DJ two weeks before and it took a while (but we had two different cultures my DH is Dominican so we had alot of different music that had to be played on the wedding day).

The week of - I went to Royalty to drop off my final payment and quickly went over the pickup schedule.

Flower Michelle to drop off final payment and that was very quick.

Photographer and videographer called me the week of and we went over everything over the phone.

Fox Hollow the week of - to drop everything off - favors, seating chart, final count and of course final payment.

I suggest if you are getting married on a Saturday taking the week of the wedding off. Believe me you have so much to do. I was seriously going crazy -

but it was worth it.
