I know, I know ... I should have both booked but I don't have a hair or makeup person yet. I'm looking for someone who will do it for like $50 each ($50 for hair and $50 for makeup). All of my bridesmaids have kids and mortgages etc. etc. I hate to ask them to pay a lot more. If you guys could tell me who your hair and makeup people are I would really appreciate it. TIA kelly

I don't know about makeup but i would suggest you give top cuts salon a call in bethpage, on hemp tpke. I go there all the time and the owner chris is doing my hair for my weddings. they charge $45 for updo's. If you have her come to you, I can't promise you it will be that cheap - it's more for me but she is coming to me at 6AM. I even got a simple french twist with some hair coming out the top (cute, a little spunky) for like $25 once!

Check out Janine Maloney. She is a vendor on here. I used her and she was soooo good. She did me my mom and 6 bridesmaids and every person was raving about how great she was. All of our make up lasted all day and we started at 6 am. She is also reasonably priced.
