Can anyone throw out some last minute questions we should be sure to ask this weekend before we book a reception hall? All I can think of is their cancellation policy and refund amount. I'm drawing a total blank here!! Thanks!!

How many meal choices? Cocktail hour foods? Carving station? Pasta station, etc? Vendor rate? Children's rate? Valet parking? Coat check attendent? Payment Schedule, method of payments (cash, check, etc) Deadlines for head counts. Is cake included? Limits to flavors & designs? Are any decorations included? Centerpieces, cocktail hour tables? Overtime rates? What time you can arrive? What time can vendors come in to set up? Names of Rooms you are using Minimum guarantee

How bout The amount of waitstaff per table ie:If you have a 12 person table how many waiters would take care of them
What's included? What's extra? Overtime?
How many bars? What kind of alchohol in those bars, topshelf, etc?
Use of outside vendors? How many bridal suites? Attendants? Bathrooms? Are there enough for amount of guests or rooms? Does each wedding have its own bathroom?
Special meals for people who have restrictions, like no salt? How's that
