Last minute tipping questions

I'm confused...

Do I have to tip my limo driver when gratuity is already part of the contact? I was specifically instructed to tip the car service guy at the end of the night but they didnt mention about the limo driver.

additionally, can someone bump the tipping thread? I found a bunch but I remember that there was one really good one from a while back. (like last year)
