Last Name Question!

Someone who is married and did not change their name are they a Mrs Madien Name. or Ms. Madien Name? What is the proper way?

I put MRS. - but I don't know if that is proper. Just went with the gut.

I think Ms...as they are not Mrs.....they would be Mrs.whatever the husbands name is.....

It's Ms. MaidenName. Mrs. refers to a married name.
