Generally when people don't want to call the cops, theres a reason why.

Do you think he was drunk? Doesn't have insurance?

I would for SURE file a report ASAP and he should get charged with hitting and running. And def get checked out!

That's exactly what i thought too. So i'm going to go to the precint today with his plate # (I took a pic of it too with my phone, so at leas they'll know i'm not lying) Plus they have my 3 calls to 911 to see when & if a cop was going to come.

Luckily I'm feeling better now.

So sorry to hear that.My car is in the shop as we speak from an accident that i had last Saturday. A cab decides to pull out of a parking spot and make a u-turn (illegal u-turn) and rammed right into me. These cops are absolutely rediculous!!!! I called 911 then a half hour later a witness called 911 and told them there may be injuries on the scene (no one was hurt ) they still didn't show up but the ambulance did!!! and if that's not the kicker this is...The abulance guys called for the cops through THEIR radio and they still took another 45min to show up. oh did i mention that a police van and two cop cars passed us at different times and didn't even stop when we tried to flag them down

I am glad that you were not hurt but please go get checked out to be on the safe side. You don't want to regret it later.

That's horrible He has to get in trouble for leaving the scene of an accident. Act fast though, if you wait longer than a day or 2 to report it they might not be able to help you. Good luck and I hope you feel better!

I'm takinc care of everything tomorrow. I hope you're feeling ok and get your car back real quick. I just keep telling myself that something more important was going on that the cops couldn't get there in an hour and a half. It makes me feel better to think that that is the truth

Oh how awful. .sorry for you. I would have been SOOOOO MAD. Seriously, you might want to go to a dr for insurance reasons too, just in case you have stuff to take care of later, with your neck or shoulders. ..hope you are fine tho!
