Last night I did...

my seating chart! It only took me about 40 minutes because I have been thinking of this for so long! I called Fox Hollow because I have some tables of 7, with no way to add people/move them around. Fox Hollow said it won't look bad with 7 people per table, so I have 18 tables with everyone knowing at least 1 person at the table.

I also spoke to Jennifer about hiring a cigar company and she gave me so many good ideas about when I should have them come. I hope that this is a surprise for John and that he loves it.

Another thing off the list!

Hollie you are really on the ball! I am like you, I am constantly thinking about the tables bc I don't want it to be a hassle when the time comes! I think we are doing tables of 8!

I have almost no time, so whenever I have a free minute I am planning things in my head. John was so stressed about the tables and it took me no time at all. That's because I already had an idea about who will sit where. Our tables are oblong so they can seat 12 comfortably. Most tables have 10-12 people. I would love to combine the 2 tables of 7, but 14 will be really tight. Oh well!

Did you decide on the cigars definitely? Are you haivng rollelrs?

I hope so! Now I am just waiting for my favor tags to be sent and then we can do the favors... I have NO room in my house anymore. It's completely taken over with wedding things.

Hollie - that's great!! It took us forever to do our tables. DH has a big position at his company so alot of bigger people were invited and it was all 'political' where we had to sit people. That and we had almost 300 people!

Tables are one of the biggest stressors... that's great you were able to get that out of the way so quickly!!!

I am definitely doing the cigars. now it's just a matter of $$ if we'll have the roller there or I'll just purchase them already rolled. I really want John to be surprised.

I am going to call them today! I need about 100 cigars to be safe. Right now we're at 158 and I know not everyone is going to want one. I DEFINITELY don't!
