Last night's Bridal Showcase at the Hilton on 110

I went to this with my FH and while we found some vendors we liked, we were expecting it to be bigger. However, this is the first one we've been to.

Are they all supposed to be that small?

Also, isnt there supposed to be some kind of food...all they had was veggies and dip and some fruit drink that was pretty gross.

I went to the one at the Uniondale Marriot on MOn and i was disappointed too. My mom and i did the whole round in less than 30 mins

I went to the one at the Marriot in Manhattan - it was one of those national ones and that was much better than the local one I went to on the island.

The one last night was mild in comparison to a few I have been too. The last one at the Hilton (not last night) was PACKED! Alos, keep an eye/ear out for ones this fall and begining of '06 at Jericho Terrace, they have BIG showcases w/ the kitchen open!

i was there!! their usually bigger and some have really great food....but the bouquets of flowers the florist gave the brides was a really nice touch!!

the next Chateau Briand one is a must (i don't know the date i just went to one there monday) - scotto brothers know how to throw a divine party!! the food and dessert is fabulous and they have the trumpeteers in tights tables decorated with all kinds of centerpieces - its very nice!!!

I only went to one .....just to have done it ...its was ok ...I found my invites there but that was about it ....I think sometimes they have food the one that i went to didnt -
