If your BM and Maitre D are the same person and $300 was already included for the BM do I tip him again?
I already paid my limo drivers the 20% gratuity, but they just upgraded me to the Hummer for free for one of my limos. How much should I tip them if any?

I have a few questions

If the BM/Maitre'D do an exceptional job - throw them an extra tip if you'd like - but no, you're not obligaged.
